Experiential design for the service industry
Why is there such a disconnect between what brands say and how we actually experience them?
In part because creating great advertising has become relatively easy and because delivering a good experience has become increasingly difficult.
But more importantly because if we as consumers don’t perceive brands to care about us or the things that are important to us, than we in turn won’t care about them.
How do we work?
We spend time understanding a brands capabilities and its passion points. Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, we make a number of interventions to enhance the customer experience and layer it with meaning that connects the brand and the consumer together in a sustainable manner.
